Experience
KKCCI's principal has over 30 years of direct experience in concrete construction. He has owned and operated KKCCI since 1993. We have experience in a wide range of concrete construction projects. Sample project types include General Office Buildings, Schools, Hospitals/Medical Office Buildings, Public Works Facilities, Water Treatment Plants, CIP Concrete Pools, Parking Garages, Industrial/Manufacturing facilities, Warehouses and Mid-Rise Buildings to name a few. Our scope includes Concrete Foundations, slabs on Grade, Elevated decks (Shored and formed, Slab on Metal Deck, Precast toppings, and lightweight concrete), Sidewalk, Concrete paving, and Architecturally finished concrete.
